Keeping It Vintage offer various set-up & styling services for your wedding or event.

HIRE ONLY:

Take a look at our extensive range of tableware, decor and props and start compiling your wishlist with the help of our useful website tool. When submitting, be sure to include your venue details, event date and any other relevant information. If you have any questions we will always try to help. When we receive your wishlist we will check availability and get back to you with a quote or a request for further information

VENUE SET-UP AND/OR TAKE-DOWN – FROM £200

Available when hiring items in excess of £250 (excluding linen or chair decor) from us.

The perfect service for clients who have a fairly good idea of the look they would like to achieve, but would like a little assistance from us to pull it all together. Often we will have experience of venues so we can advise as to what would work well in certain areas, or of any potential pitfalls. We may also be able to recommend other fab suppliers to help you bring it all to life. We also have access to a huge range of linen (plain white and coloured) and chair decor such as Chivari drapes and Macramé.

On the day we would bring all the hired items with us and set everything up to the brief that we discussed, this is particularly helpful when you are not able to gain access to your venue until the day of the wedding. The day after the wedding we would return and pack all of our items away

FULL VENUE STYLING – FROM £400

Available when hiring items in excess of £500 from us (excluding linen or chair decor).

This option is perfect if you would like peace of mind that your venue styling is going to look cohesive and takes the stress out having to coordinate all of the various elements that combine to create ‘the look’ you were hoping for.

It’s also great if you really don’t know where to start in pulling together all of your ideas, or would just rather leave it to the professionals.

Included is:

A one-to-one consultation in person or via the telephone to discuss your ideas and requirements and whether we would be a ‘good fit’ to work together – naturally we all have our own styles and personalities and I would like to hope that we would all come away from this initial meeting with a good vibe!

Creation of a private Pinterest board to hone the final look and add in all the little details.

A detailed styling quote listing all hire items and breakdown of styling costs if applicable.

Upon acceptance of quote, a site visit (where possible) to walk through plans, logistics.

Liaison with other relevant suppliers where necessary – this is only in terms of styling

Email and telephone advice throughout the process

On the day styling of your venue

Take down and pack away all styling items the following day
